IN  FACILITY  SUPPORT

Sometimes it takes some getting used to when your loved one enters a healthcare facility. Providing  consistent, reliable support to help  them  to  settle in to what will be their new home  is  necessary for successful integration. In a post-COVID world all healthcare facilities face an unprecedented challenge to meet the needs of every resident. We provide 1:1 support visits to keep a keen eye to monitor your loved one's overall wellness while providing much-needed respite for family and proxy, and remaining in close communication to report any changes in health status before little concerns become big complications. We happily communicate with staff when immediate assistance is needed. By providing tailored visits once or even twice weekly, Vibrant Senior Sevices can help promote wellness to help your senior thrive in their new environment.
